The group was arranged to play its first game in Brooklyn Thursday night against now state-rival the New York Knicks, but the game was canceled due to the after-effects of Hurricane Sandy. So now, the Nets debut in Brooklyn against the Raptors. The Nets will be Brooklyn's first big league sports group in 55 years. Consisting of the transfer to Brooklyn, the Nets had a magnificent offseason. They re-signed All-NBA guard Deron Williams and traded for an All-Star backcourt compliment for him in the kind of Joe Johnson from the Atlanta Hawks. The Nets rejuvenated Gerald Wallace, who they traded for late last season, then declined to let the Dwight Howard saga stick around, so they extracted of that sweepstakes.

Key:

  • Aggregate Sentiment is meant to be an indicator of an individual's overall sentiment.
  • The Mean is meant to be an indicator of an individual's average comment sentiment.
  • The Standard Deviation, when there are enough quotes, will indicate an individual's consistency of sentiment (i.e. a Standard Deviation of 0 would mean they were very consistent in their sentiment and 1 would mean they were very inconsistent).

Note that quote stats are likely to be meaningless beyond the aggregate score due to the tiny sample size. However, they are always provided just in case you find something useful there.
